Hi,
I checked out a brand new galaxy-dist to galaxy-runtest
I noticed that in order to run it one needs to bootstrap some of the
sample files.
galaxdev@galaxy1:~/galaxy-runtest$ cp tool_data_table_conf.xml.sample
tool_data_table_conf.xml
galaxdev@galaxy1:~/galaxy-runtest$ cp datatypes_conf.xml.sample
datatypes_conf.xml
galaxdev@galaxy1:~/galaxy-runtest$ cp migrated_tools_conf.xml.sample
migrated_tools_conf.xml
galaxdev@galaxy1:~/galaxy-runtest$ ./run_functional_tests.sh
checking how many successes and errors we get :
petersen@lamprey:~$ grep -c "Status:</span> success"
/home/galaxdev/galaxy-runtest/run_functional_tests.html
138
petersen@lamprey:~$ grep -c "Status:</span> error"

the first 20ish tests work but then I am getting the error below. Is
this normal?
