I am having difficulties with my local instance of Galaxy on Mac OS X. Upon using the local file upload tool I get an error resultant of a broken pipe in python. The command-line output is as follows. 127.0.0.1 - - [25/Feb/2013:12:36:32 -0400] GET /history HTTP/1.1 500 -
