Hi Rodolfo,

Although this is generally a safe rule of thumb for us UNIXey types, there 
isn't any reason why it shouldn't work, or why it would definitely perform 
poorly.  There could be a lot of factors - like the hardware/network aren't up 
to the task.  But as a backup filesystem, I can't imagine that copying to that 
share would greatly impact performance on the Galaxy server, unless it's a 
really underpowered server.
