Hi Shaun, the main directory name can be arbitrary i think, if you are referring to galaxy-dist or galaxy-central.
Maybe check the config files especially community_wsgi.ini if you have configured something special. If you are running galaxy behind a apache-proxy you have to adapt the rewrite rules.
