Hi Christin,
This error message means that the build assigned to your data is not
loaded as a native database genome. This wiki page explains how to load
genomes to local instances:

ps. Apologies for the delay in reply, the question got a bit lost since
it was not directed at one of our mailing lists. Using
galaxy-...@bx.psu.edu would be a good choice for questions like this
about running local instances.
