My python version is 2.6.3 and I would like to upgrade it to 2.7.3. So is there anything that we need to on Galaxy after Python is upgraded to a new version?
Based on my experience (2.5 to 2.6 ), it should work without any extra steps required. When you restart Galaxy, it will download the new eggs.
However, I strongly suggest to test this upgrade on a non-production server first.
