Hi Quang, We have no immediate plans to extend the toolset of the tools available on the default image so I'd suggest one of two options to get this tool out: 1. Create a Galaxy Tool wrapper for it and upload it to the Tool Shed at http://toolshed.g2.bx.psu.edu/ 2. Install it on an Galaxy CloudMan instance and use the 'share-a-cluster' feature to make a copy of the entire instance available to others
