Hi Scott, Galaxy can retrieve data from any publicly available URL. Just paste the URL into the upload modal using the 'paste/fetch data'.
This probably won't work with some of the services as they won't serve you content without visiting their site. But it works with e.g. dropbox if you add `dl=1` in the end of the shared url.
