The documentation is here: https://wiki.galaxyproject.org/Admin/Tools/Multiple%20Output%20Files#Single_history_output_Html_file_with_links_to_any_number_of_output_files_and_images And an example tool that makes use of this functionality is here: https://github.com/galaxyproject/tools-iuc/blob/master/tools/differential_count_models/rgedgeRpaired_nocamera.xml Once you have a tool that produces proper html files, you can download the html file and all linked files in zip format by clicking on the download-button.
