Hi Laura, This is something we cannot do for you -- did you manage to get it done from your end?
If not, you should be able to do so by simply going to the instance cloud console (http://<instance_address>/cloud, in your browser) and selecting "Terminate instance". You can always confirm that termination by logging into the AWS console and verifying the instance is no longer running.
