Hi Scott,

I am unable to reproduce this at http://usegalaxy.org.

As a first pass double check, was the Custom Build assigned as the
*database* metadata attribute for the datasets you want to add? Click on
the pencil icon to adjust as needed (your Custom builds will appear in your
account's reference build/genome drop-down menu). This is required for
Trackster to recognize/list out appropriate datasets in the *Select
datasets for new tracks* pop-up window.
