[galaxy-user] ftp Server unavailable

Greetings, yesterday I used the ftp server to upload my FASTQ files. Today I tried to do this again but I cannot get a connection to the ftp server. Is the server down at the moment or is it another problem due to my account? Thank you for your help Florian attachment:
