[galaxy-user] entrez ID to Refseq or gene symbol

Hello, does anyone know how to convert entrez I.D. to either Refseq ID or Gene Symbols? I have found resources on Refseq to Gene Symbol conversion, but I can't find anything on Entrez I.D. The genome I work with is C. elegans. Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated. Best, Giovanni

[galaxy-user] ce6/WS190 bowtie index

Hello everybody, I would like to download the C. elegans ce6/WS190 bowtie index (six .ebwt files and the make_c_elegans_ws120.sh) that is in use in galaxy Tophat as reference genome. Is that possible, and how do I go about that? Thank you very much, Giovanni ___
