[galaxy-user] CEAS/Transcription Factor Binding sites

Hi List,

I am performing a chip seq experiment using CEAS in galaxy, i obtained the 
following output in pdf form:

Could some one explain what  the output from CEAS tells about the location of 
the binding sites for the dataset?

Hi Benjy,

Are you using the Cistrome public Galaxy instance? Maybe this is where 
the prior tool was also being used?
