Hi Yanina,

Yes, if your jobs are in the grey "waiting to run" state, please leave it in the queue so that they retain their place in the ordering. Our system administrator is managing the current load for NGS jobs (includes mapping tools such as Bowtie, RNA-seq tools, other large) on the public Main server.
