Hi Raj,

To run the workflow on multiple samples, start it up on each paired set individually. These can be initiated to run in parallel.

A 'master workflow' controller that would manage workflows as modules in a larger pipeline (or something similar) has been discussed, but any development in this direction isn't currently planned for in the near-term.
