Hi Debora,

Is this occurring on the public Main instance at http://usegalaxy.org?

Would you be able to share with me the history with inputs and the workflow, so that I can try to reproduce? This is odd behavior. Please generate the share links (you do not need to publish) and email those back to just me, to keep your history + workflow private. A screenshot of the "blank page" may also be helpful - I am not quite sure if you mean the entire window is blank or just one of the panes (center pane)?

Thanks!

Hello!

I have a question about a workflow I have created from my history. I can edit and view it, but when I try to run it, a white page appears and I cannot do anything. I have created other worflows which perfectly run, but I don't know why this one doesn't. It includes 4 steps for GATK pre-processing steps (Indel Realigner, Count Covariates and Table Recalibration).

What can the problem be?

I would appreciate any input!
Thanks
Debora
