Enhanced the structure of the 'preferences' table.
The preferences page was modified according to the new table structure,
so as the GLOBAL variable declarations in databse.inc.php.
The install/update scripts were also modified to allow this new structure.
The main PHP update script was also improved to auto-detect the SQL
update scripts in the install/sql folder and autamagically display the
corresponding update options.

Je précise que ce commit est ultra-experimental au niveau des scripts
d'upgrade, il va falloir tester ça à mort dans les prochains jours...
A priori ça ne bug pas au niveau du PHP mais je n'ai encore pas du tout
testé sur de vraies bases.
Pour l'install, ça doit être ok... enfin, faut voir aussi :)
