Every year or so we post a similar message as this one.  We hope you  
won't mind indulging us once more, as the need seems to have arisen  
once again to remind you of something that will help all game  
developers who offer accessible games for the blind and visually  
impaired.

Please, please, please read the manual before sending technical  
support questions.  Of late, we've been receiving a huge number of  
tech support queries that are simply and easily available in the  
product manuals for our titles.  It is much faster and easier to just  
check if the answer to your question is in the manual, before trying  
to contact the developer of a game for help.  Another good place to  
check before contacting a company is the FAQ section of the developers  
web site.  YOu can get to this section on the Draconis site by  
clicking the  FAQ link on any page.

By following these two simple steps before contacting a developer, you  
will likely have your answer much more quickly, and the developer will  
be able to devote more time to the next game project.
