be supported, and need it to be easily available too.

There's no option to change synth. Normally you don't require it, the
screen reader you are currently using is automatically used and you can
even switch between screen readers, the newly opened one is
automatically taken.
Supported screen readers are: jaws, NVDA, window eye and s
