Hi, Allison.
A side-scroller is a game that only offers four movements of left,
right, up, and down. Most of the Atari games were like this and many of
the original NES games were this way as well.
Liam's game Super Liam and USA Games Montezuma's Revenge are also
side-scroller style games.

Why not. Rewriting SL would be cool. Make it a true side-scroller with
left and right motion for movement and be able to jump up and grab stuff

programmers - maybe you'd agree to teach me a bit?
