Yes, Pacman uses the same game engine as Sarah. All of PCS Games current
titles Sarah, Pacman Talks, and Super Dog Bone Hunt currently use the
GMA Game Engine. That is the same engine that Tank Commander and Shades
of Doom use.

Yes the Pacman version on my site is the full version but needs a
registration key to unlock the other levels beyond the first level.
To get a key costs you money.
