Just downloaded Time of Conflict. Running the game launches the setup again.
Has anyone else had this problem after upgrading? I also uninstalled and
reinstalled with the same result.
Can someone please send me a working conflict.exe file?

what you do is after you have installed the game presuming you updated from
within the game run the game which launches the setup.
then install the game and then it will run.
at least thats what it did after the internal upgrade was done.
