I arrived at the hotel and started a fight with the woman. But I really
don't seam to kill her, she is so fast that I can not take my med kits and
shoot at her fast enough. So, what to do? And, where to find the machine gun?

Really? I didn't find any problems killing her myself. As for the machine
gun, it's not in the game as far as I know.

I have not tried to beat the game yet on standard levels but I may
