Yep, I notice that as well. The best thing to do when coming into any station that you are going to stop at is to have the train going no faster than 10. Then if the announcement is late or the dinging of where you should stop comes out of nowhere, you still have time to hit the brakes and stop.

Hi. Thats not a bug. Its why really important messages have multiple announcements as you get closer or a sound attached to the event. In early beta versions it used to queue all the messages up however the testers really didn't like it as everything felt slow and it meant at high speeds

Heh, I sometimes can't remember if I announced the next stop or not, so I hit the key again, then I get complaints from the passengers about excessive announcements. :) What do they know anyway. Those buggers complain if I don't announce the stop, and they complain if I announce it twice.
