Yes, the PSP does have an operating system. Beyond that I can't tell you
much more than that since everything related to it is held very closely
by Sony and third-party developers in the know.
I'm not one of them for the simple, but important, fact I don't have
several grand to dish out
no to windows xp
the psp by deffinition has an operating system, but it's pretty much it's
own special OS as far as I understand.
