Hi Ian,
Make sure you have XNA Framework 2.0 and .Net Framework 3.5. Also keep
in mind it is a test application and all it does is tell you it works.
It isn't a game per say, but just a test to tell you if anything went
wrong with the install.

It actually won't do anything except speak a sentence saying that the
application works. All the work is done in the install, where it verifies
that you have the right components. The test game isn't very exciting.
