I love English and words in general. Sometimes, though, my e-mails don't reflect that. For some reason I seem to get lax when it comes to e-mails and proper english/grammar but I'm usually a freak aobut it. SEE???? My english is autrocious! LOL At any rate, words are powerful and said the right way can be persuasive. I agree with you whole-heartedly Tom. Putting a positive spin on something has a much more likely chance of succeeding. HOw many people want to hear people complain? None that I'm aware of. Oh yeah, I love to hear people gripe. LOL At any rate, thanks for those thoughts.
