Hi.
Well, we are getting very close to something for the public to play
with. I'm currently on test patch 3, and over the past 3 test patches
allot of bugs were found and squashed.

Hi, listers.
Many of you are wondering about details on the new Montezuma's Revenge.
So here is what is currently happening with Monty.
* As of the latest build, 5/22/2006, Monty now has one of the highest
quality sounding environments of any accessible game on the market. It
sounds so real it
hi well my thoughts are this perhaps you could put him back in the game but
still keep the other woman character and then they could meet up some time
in the game? other then that i really don't care either way. just keep up
the good work.

Hey Tom, may I ask who is Arizona Smith? I am assuming the character is the
original person that you are, but I don't know because I never heard of this
game until you took it over. So, I am saying that it doesn't matter to me
because I don't know who this is.

Personally, I think I like the girl better. I think the tomb raider type
thing ot base it off of is cool. And, also, it is cool to have a lead
character be a girl, since you don't see that much. lol but, I vote for
Angela. smiles

Hi Tom,
the Monty sounds great, keep up the good work!
I think purists of the origianal game would want the male character. But
considering that the main character would perform exactly the same excepting
the voice of one gender or the other, I would say that it really doesn't
matter. I can't

Hi, Allan.
Interesting enough one of the reasons i dropped Arizona Smith as I
thought the male sounds of grunts, screams, etc sounded like crap.
Perhaps some folks thought they were ok, but to me they didn't sound so hot.
I've looked at alternative effects with equal displeasure. I can't find
Ahem... Ok, Montezuma's Revenge the xxx version. Interesting. Of course
there is two kinds of scoring.
Perhaps Arizona needs to get the gold and gems to score with Angela?
Smile.

Hello Thomas and all. First of all it sounds like you are going to have one
hell of a game. Second I wouldn't put him back in the game. I think what you
want to do is a unique idea. I guess it would kind of mesh Monty and tomb
raider being that series had a cool female character. I wonder how

I'm fully supportive of the male or female character option, but if it's not
implimented, I'll live. I've controled female characters before in games,
and I don't mind. Haha.

Hi Tom,
Heck, you might as well call her mississippi Molly, lol.
Nicknames for girls don't seem to work as well in my opinion. Although, I
must admit, I am a big fan of the Laura Croft character and the Tomb Raider
games in general, compared to the indiana jones type.
The truth will set you
I still think we should have a choice of protagonist, a girl, a guy,
something like that so you can get the different feels of the game depending
if you want to go retro or have a new experience. Plus may feel like
playing one charecter one time one the next.

I always liked Laura Croft, but I too liked some of the Indiana Jones stuff,
so I guess it really doesn't matter to me. What about having both? Have 1 or
the other as sort of a side kick?

I remember this old dos game that my cousin and I played once. It was called
Jill in the Jungle orsome such name. It was the first computer game featuring
a female charecter I ever played. I was like, WOW! Someone actually had a
female out there! But she was kinda lame. She could crouch and
Hey Tom, here is a suggestion. How about incorporating Arizona(the guy) into
the game as the final monster or villin that Angela must face in the tomb.
Say he has found all the treasures and wants to keep them for hisself and
his gone mad with the riches and the thoughts of what he can do with
Actually, I totally love that idea. I hav efound in role playing games, and
in dungeon games even like reading the manual of nethack, they talk about
games teaching you stuff. There's a lot of video games out there with
lessons of one kind or another from simplistic junk to in depth stuff.
So
thanks for the compliment on how good of an idea that was.

Hey listers, would it be off topic if I asked for volunteers to record some
voices for the game that my partner and myself are creating for our final in
game Development 2? I mean it would strictly have to be on a voluntary basis
and they could do it for kicks and experience. I don't want to

um, care to tell what the game is about? People may not want it if they

Your correct Jim, and that would take alot of time, I was just thinking
like, maybe 3 most logical choices for each down on both sides of the ball,
this would open the game up a bit, ya know? like if your running back is
hot, and the defense isn't respecting him, then the offense switches it up

Hi, Chris.
To me it isn't a big deal either way although I feel the Angela
character effects wize sounds better. The game play is exactly the same.
Jumps are the same, damage is the same, etc.
I'm trying to keep as much of the original feel of the game as possible,

Hi.
Interesting idea, but it wouldn't work on the grounds it wasn't apart of
the original game. Esentually, this game is a sequel to the original
Atari classic, but I want the game to be very similar to the original
classic. Kind of like Packman to Mrs. Packman or Packman JR. The games
