Re: [Audyssey] Judgement Day and the renewing of domains
I use bluehost for my provider and they ahve ben fast. Now when it comes to renewing I hoep to recieve a notice that my 2 year time has run out. godaddy is evil I tell you, EVIL! I had a hosting site I loved called glyphdot brun by John Walters...very personal service and he runs the whole thing, though he'd like you to think it's run by more. Awesome company. I don't remember the website though but they hosted my website at my jof for a long time. Peace, Chris ___ Gamers mailing list .. [Audyssey] Anacreon Tips and a problem
Howdy, I'm trying to get back into Anacreon reconstruction again--I played the DOS version way back when, and still have it on my computer here. Can even play it, with a little effort--(Thank you, Window-eyes!) However, with the new Windows version, I've noticed a very strange bug on my laptop, which doesn't seem to manifest on the PC at all. What happens is that the report screen, which is supposed to pop up at the beginning of every turn, simply doesn't. It's as if it wasn't there at all, which it really doesn't seem to be. The News window and the like don't come up either. This tends to make the game extremely difficult to play well on my laptop, whereas on my PC I can manage it decently. The funny thing is, that the DOS version plays well on my laptop but not my PC... So...I've tried emailing George Moramasato about this, and gotten no response. I was wondering if anyone either has: A) A solution for this problem, (somehow). Or perhaps, B) Tips for playing without the map in the DOS version? Thanks much in advance, folks. Yours, Zack. ___ Gamers mailing list .. [Audyssey] Tristian beating Troopanum 2.0
Hello everyone. My son Tristian spent Christmas and New Year's with us and of course, played games while he was here. He has now beat Troopanum 2.0 and has done so more than 5 times. It's because of him that I've actually gotten a better handle on how to beat the game myself. I was not able to get a recording of the first time he beat it, but we did manage to record one of the times after. I think this was his third or fourth time beating it. The stats are at the end of this message. First is the link to hear the game. You can find it in the BSC section of http://games.asmodean.net or you can get it directly at: http://games.asmodean.net/bsc/Tristian_Troop2E_Dec31_2006.mp3 The stats are at the following link: http://games.asmodean.net/bsc/Tristian_Troop2E_Dec31_2006.txt However, the stats are below in this message. Re: [Audyssey] anyone played tnation states?
I did nationstates for a while. It gets really boring to me, so I just quit with my membership and nation. In my personal opinion, nationstates is a waste of time, but this is just my opinion on it. Maybe some of you like it I don't know, but there was not enough action for me. You just sit back and resolve problems that they give you. You cannot declare war or anything on anyone so you just rely on them to let your nation grow. Anyways, this is Bean's 1 1/2 cents worth. -Original Message- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Charles Rivard Sent: Friday, January 05, 2007 10:46 AM To: Gamers Discussion list Subject: Re: [Audyssey] anyone played tnation states? I don't have winrar, only winzip, and I don't want to download and install winrar just for your game. Could you please rezip your game using zip, gz, tar, or some other non-proprietary format? I am suspecting not allot of others on this list have winrar either, and in any case it is always good to use a more common format rather than sticking with a proprietary format like rar that can only be unpacked by one program. [Audyssey] New game recordings
Hi. I have been rather in a gaming mood earlier tonight and have made two recordings of two different games. Both new recordings as well as all other recordings so far can be found at http://games.asmodean.net under the game audio section. The two newest games are dated January 5 so you can just do a search for those if you want. The first one is me playing Troopanum 2.0 Easy Walk in Space. The second is me playing ESP PBX Old Man Stanley's table. The site again is http://games.asmodean.net. Just go to the game audio section. If you want the direct links to the latest two recordings, they are: http://games.asmodean.net/bsc/Raul_Troop2E_Jan05_2007.mp3 http://games.asmodean.net/draco/Raul_PBX_OMS_Jan05_2007.mp3 Thanks and happy gaming. -- It is not good to eat much honey: so for men to search their own glory is not glory. -- Proverbs 25:27 Raul A.
