New Moon and Godwars2 are two of my favorites. Godwars2 is easily the most advanced mud to date, save maybe slipgate legacy. It's entirely pvp however. Sadly I couldn't help you get started with new moon, I suicided my main characters and haven't gotten the motivation to make new ones yet. You

That's not entirely clear, but it's popularly believed that it's the glittering ice shard you get after slaying the Frost Demon. The thing is, the item isn't actually used during the quest. it's used once you get the special item that's the reward for the quest. At least that's the popular

The closest you'll get to warring factions type games where muds are concerned would be assault, and that's not really a trading game. Mostly you build up a base with money, or gathered resources depending on which version you're playing, I prefer the resource gatherer myself, and fight with

i do like disc world but i do not find people very helpfull on their. i would play if people would help me more. it is a hard mud but it is challinging. the only thing i would say about it is that i do not find any of the players very helpfull atleast when i ask for help i find i am ignored.
