Hi. I know that visual basic support have been discontinued by microsoft. What will happen when the next virsion of windows comes out that can run on arm devices? Hi Jim, That seems to be a fairly common problem with VI gamers in general. A lot of the VI people I've met also have some hearing related disabilities as well as visual ones. I myself have some trouble with hearing, but it doesn't effect me playing games most of the time. However, many cases though it is serious enough to require a hearing aid or similar. [Audyssey] Altereon problem
Hi. I was wondering sinse there are altereon players on this list if anyone could give me some help. for literally the last two days1 I've been stuck on my last quest on the island of cordon. It's in Qoorik's laire and is the quest to defeat the gravekeeper (if people haven't found this one iit's in the same caves that the find the child's uncle quest is in, but requires going down a few floors). I've got down to the third floor, found the graveyard, killed every single monster on the floor (or just about), but can't! get into the mausoliam! This is really irritating me sinse it's the last quest I have to do on the island, and I'd really rather not move on until it's finished, so if anyone can please!¬ give me some advice I'll be very pleased. I would say could a pitch be used rather than stereo sound? Saying that though, this would be a problem if the game involved the player moving forwards and backwards as well of left and right. Hi Che, To keep many people from asking what the new game is, thus clogging the list with unnecessary questions, the new game is called Yacht. The object of Yacht is to obtain the highest score from throwing 5 dice. The game consists of 13 rounds. In each round, you roll the dice and then score the roll in one of 13 categories. You must score once in each category. The score is determined by a different rule for each category. thats true jeremy. And the way lifecycles are going, xp goes away, comes, back and then it does it again. I think though we can safely say that there probably won't be any major changes for a really long time, I mean we only just changed the interface in the vista/win7 system. It looks like ms is going to stay with that moddel as it is maybe for a while. And even if it changes its probably going to stay basically the same. Directx9 has stabelised mostly, and this could be the next standard to aspire to for now anyway. Once xp is not used anymore by anyone we could move to higher directx versions, but then again they are always moving foreward.
