From what I have been hearing, some of the questions are not accessible.
The game that you might have been thinking of, though, is totally accessible
with Voice-Over. I know, because I am using it on my iPhone 6.

I like it so much that I think it would be fun to submit questions to the
question factory. However, in iOS, the buttons for the question form aren't
labeled well. I'll see if I can get my sighted hubby to help me label them for
Voiceover on my iPod.

Perhaps if the game is this good it would be worth contacting the devs about
fixes to the interface, sinse labelling buttons really isn't that hard to
do.

I tried it, and didn't like it. There were unlabeled buttons scattered here
and there, and swiping right/left didn't always take me where I needed to go, I
had to touch different parts of the screen to find things.

Ah, as I said i might be confusing trivia crack with another game, maybe the
true or false one that was mentioned.
