Yes, you just need to knock the door where lora is standing and kill the prisoner and then you have to deal with some demi-cats or kitttens. then just follow the direction you did not enter from and you will find the pit fiend sleeping. depending on your level and class, it is simple to kill.

Hi Bryan. the cell is an alternative way into the sewers from the basement of the chapel. As I recall, there is a choice of paths in the sewer pipe, north and west I believe. The lesser pit fiend is up the other path in the actual room called "sewers of bandora azul" Hth. All the best,
