The att and laquendo are in the game--basically, recorded clips if I'm not
mistaken.

Actually that was Josh DeLioncourt that did the voice of Filch. He's
certainly got one of the most recognizable voices in the AG market.

recordings of the different characters.
I got them from Nextup.com
If you are talking about the SAPI choice in the options, it is only for
changing the SAPI voice in the fortune telling games on the divination
