Hi darren,
I believe it is the sign where you hold up your hand and touch the tip of your
first finger to the tip of your thumb, making an O shape.
You then extend your other three fingers. So if this is what you are calling
the Victory sign then yes, it would be the same.
If you'er not sure,
Is that the same as the victory sign?
