there is a converter to ntfs I remember doing it I think the command is convert but I have forgot it havn't needed to convert for so long. lets see if I have it right run cmd in admin mode then type convert d: where d is your driver letter /fs:ntfs that should convert your drive to ntfs and then that will dismount the drive first. /v is for verbose but you may want to view info while it converts.
