2008-01-27 Thread Bryan
There are I believe a total of five, and you need them for the Demonscourge
hammer, which is he only weapon that can defeat Runeskin. The first four are
i the prelude scenarios in Dor-Droat, Talinus, Trithik and Port Hallik.
Dor-Droat is i Eastern Tysa near the Withering Wood. Once you've copleted
the four Prelude scenarios there's one more scenario in Trithik where you
fight Runeskin briefly. Just se the gems as an item in battle to damage him.
Then the main events are in the village of Silverwysp near Tryndmoor.
Time is an illusion, lunchtime doubly so.

The sword of Merzekk is in fact hte Rusty Longsword, but since you don't
have the three gems it doesn't have its power yet. But if you have one of
the gems (they're cloudy blue), and use one of them, it will shatter and
you'll notice something different about the sword. But only two gems are
currently in the game. As I said the first one is in the first Silver
 Crest
adventure with the THurn Worm. Just explore the woods surrounding the
pasture and slay the worm at its nest. The gem is in there. The second is
 in
 Meglasmire.

I don't think I'd try that one until you've trained up a bit. As for the
Sword of Merzekk, the sword itself is found in the village of Colnea in
 the
Harte Hills. If you examine the wears the blind peddler has for sale and
 buy
the rusty longsword for I believe eight gold, you'll be on your way to
possessing the sword. THe first gem is in the first Silver Crest quest. If
you explore the woodlands surrounding the pasture and kill the worm in its
nest, you'll have the chance to reach in and take an object. This gemstone
is one of the three. The second gem is located in Meglasmire near
 Tryndmoor,
but you need a master level in Thievery. That is level seventy. The third
 gem is currently not available.

Not yet, but people have been speculating about that for years. I
 personally
am not too keen on Doomwall since I already have the best shield
 available
in the game. Granted if Doomwall proves to be better then of course I
 will
switch, but first we have to find the other two pieces. Nobody knows
 where
they are. The same goes for the Sword of Merzekk. The sword and two of
 the
gems are available but the third gem is still unaccounted for.

Re: [Audyssey] Sryth-Kyul-Thanor

2008-01-11 Thread Bryan
You can get Thievery actually. You just need ten Adventurer Tokens and i
believe six-thousand gold. Go to the city of Tryndmoor and play the
adventure. Don't worry about losing the fight. Then head to Blade Square in
Trithik and visit Doom's Hall. Then head a few buildings past there to a
windowless building with a green door. These are both in Blade Square in
Trithik. If you've visited Tryndmoor and gotten the paper and then visited
Doom's Hall, you'll be allowed to ender the building. Ask to speak with the
Guildmaster and then seek training. You'll pay eight tokens to join the
Collective, which has every skill and power in the game save Shadow Magic,
then two tokens plus a few thousand gold for each skill you want to learn.
You'll start out with level five in any skill or power you earn this wway
but it's worth it. I don't remember how much gold it costs to get Thievery,
but it costs two adventurer tokens as well. Then it's up to you to raise
your Thievery skill to seventy, which if you have a high enough EXP bonus is
actually fairly easy.
Time is an illusion, lunchtime doubly so.
