Hey all
So I thought I'd give this one a shot. mainly I find it okay but there
are some points quite lacking in I guess it would be information either that
or I'm dumb as a brick.
Anyway there's a couple of questions I would like to pose to see if anyone
can help me with.

Yes, the naborhood entry is a hint to a quest. Go to the new newly
naborhood and just kill there or whatever till things start happening,
and the quest will start. That is also where you meat Rand. Quite
interesting how you killed John Steel before all this, I didn't know
