Hmmm. Perhaps, though at the time of writing I believe we were discussing IE, and this is occurring under OS X and Safari. Hi Emily. After the tutorial you should be able to click on locations like seaside town or nearby planes, and then click on sublocations like cobs knob or the counsel of loathing. You might want to go and check the interface options and disable images nd play with some other elements, but I certainly don't recall anything bad enough that it made me completely stuck. Re: [Audyssey] accessibility of the kingdom of loathing?
Hi. Hi. I played KoL a lot last year. Access wise the majority was absolutely perfect, indeed i was quite impressed at the way they had textual descriptions of some visual puzzles like the guarden map puzzle in the sorceress' fortress. There was the odd unlabled location link, but not many of these, and sinse once you clicked a location you found out what it was without using an adventure this didn't matter too much, not given that there were only two or three unlabeled links (mostly in the sorceress fortress). My only issue with the game was that I found it a little hard to maintain my interest, and also that I got a bit sick of having to use the wiki for some ridiculously obscure puzzle solutions especially with recipes and such, but access wise I never had an issue. All the best, Dark. --- Gamers mailing list __ Gamers@audyssey.org If you want to leave the list, send E-mail to gamers-unsubscr...@audyssey.org. Re: [Audyssey] accessibility of the kingdom of loathing?
Hi Emily, Bare in mind that it has been a long time since I have played that game, but back when I played Kingdom of Loathing it was very accessible. However, it is entirely possible things have changed, and I don't know its current accessibility status. So hopefully someone else will give us a current update as to its accessibility.
