Cost would really depend on your source.
As in, here in SA, if you can find any form of 3d printing source, then
actually not sure what it should/would cost, but, this was a gift from
my friend, and, sounded like the resources are more of an issue than the
materials.
There's a guy from the USA who's put together a whole set of polyhedral
dice, but, also not sure what his costs are likely to be, or if they're
sort of ready for production as of yet.
