This is not quite an audiogame question but since playstation fighting games
have been discussed here before, I thought I'd throw it out there.
I'm trying to set up my ps1 emulator to work with my psx controllers which
are connected to my PC via USB converter.

A game pad is a type of joystick device. They typically have two little
anolog sticks, 10 to 12 buttons, and a positional pov hat. As for
finding them you can buy them just about anywhere. Wal-Mart has one,
Phillips SGC-2909, for around $15.00.
