funnily enough I never investigated the Hugo game platform, just tads, frotz and glulks, but that was mostly because I never came across something in hugo I fancied playing. Well Matheus thanks for the link, though sinse rwf were talking about software theft I'm not certain on legality. Unfortunately, whenever I start the demo maze, either with ctrl F1 or with the start maze option in the action menue, pressing the arrow keys does absolutely nothing! either the game is faulty, or I'm doing something wrong. then again, the welcome unregistered message keeps popping up so maybe something is going wrong somewhere. Thanks for the link. I probably won't be able to try futureboy this evening, sinse it's a more complex game and will probably take more doing, but I'll certainly try it when I can. Beware the Grue!
