hey man i had to reload my system. when i reinstall sarah it gave me another code then the one it gave me when i first put the gaem on my computer so how do i reactivate my game? here is my code it gave me 9893 -- Email services provided by the System Access Mobile Network. Hi Michael, The reason it is doing that is because you aren't using the same user name/user account you were using before when you registered the game. To fix that problem go into your user account settings in control pannel and rename your user name back to what it was before you did the reinstall and then try entering your Sarah license key again.
