How do you learn a magic power from the scroll? I have the scroll and
have been carrying it around a while. I never knew it did anything so i
didn't try. Can someone tell me how to learn a power from it?

I was in a safe place, but using the use link wasn't working. I just
tried the combo box and it worked. I just got fortification by using the
scroll. That is now my third power.
