Hi Mike, No there isn't a seperate version for 32 byt and 64 byt Windows. The same binary should run on either one since it has been compiled as an x86 executable. I do know it will run on Windows 7 64 byt edition. Have you installed the latest version of Managed DirectX? I believe it is
