Well it's been a couple of busy days since I released Tube Sim. From the
feedback I've had generally it looks like you're all enjoying playing. So
far in the 3 days since release it's been downloaded over 530 times.
A number of questions have been asked which I'm going to attempt to answer
As I recall there were a number of different crash points, and at some points
the game didn't want to get past the main menu.

As a rule, licenses apply to a product for decades after the author's death (I
believe texts such as books are 70 years). Therefore,
its safe to presume that whatever license is listed still applies.
Just because a product isn't supported doesn't mean it can be distributed for
free.
