there seems to be a bug with the stepping. it's not noticeable until you get to
a fire.
sometimes i find that i don't get a warning before the fire. the ledge is
supposed to crumble, which should tell me when to jump. sometimes it does,
sometimes it doesn't. for instance today, i stepped
need to take two steps not one to reset the counter. Now,
i can fix this by resetting the step length to one, but it will also
cause stone steps, ledges, etc to seam shorter than they are. That will
cause probably more hastle than it is worth.

that's not really a major bug. that's a bug i can live with. the bugs that
usually worry me is things that affect game play, like losing points,
certain sounds not being played when they should be, and most of all, ones
that completely crash the game! those are nashty! *grin*
