Hi.
The missions board combo box is a search filter, the actual missions are
just undernieth there. In fact if you selected something in the search and
nothing came up that probably meant there was nothing.
The only combo box you should need is the system one, to make sure you only
see missions within the sol system.
then, switch betwene the planet distance calculator and the mission board to
see how long to travel to various planets (use the list boxes in the travel
calculator to select which planet your going from and to, then look at what
you get), then find a mission which you can do in the allotted time.
Alternatively, you can try trading, which is actually simplar in terms of
the interface and doesn't have a time limt.
Go to the markit and click on each of the goods the planet sells, then look
at the prices and find a planet in the Sol system where the goods sell at a
proffit.
That's bascially it.
I have played the game before, and recently wrote an audiogames.net entry
for it, but to be honest I ended up stopping sinse it really didn't seem
there was too much to do for quite a long time, unless you were interested
in owning a business.

Hey, does anyone play the space browser game Ashes of Angels?
I'm a bit confused on what to do to start.
I read the beginners guide and I did upgrade my ship's hull, but I'm
confused on getting missions or trade items.
I went to the mission board and used the combo box to select cargo, but
there never seems to be any missions for me.
I'm at the easy level in the Sol system and based at Earth.
So, next, I tried going to the market, but again confused.
