Kelly - I don't know if this will work for you but check out the FREE 
Dark timer at 7-128 Software.  Select the Resources button on the home 
page and tab to tools.  It unfortunately still has the Kevin voice.

Yes.  If I still have it, I can send you one, attached to an Email, when I 
get home, if that's OK with you.  It's a good one, but I don't remember 
offhand where I got it from, as it was quite some time ago.  It is a free 
program, created by someone in, I believe, South Africa.  Many people use 
it.

the things I read in the course synopsis is that there's a section on
